I know the original Rowan the Red Hair had him change into a girl but since he starts this already changed can it really be tagged gender change and/or gender morph?

@Hawkx1 I don't know Rowan, if this one is a continuation or a fan work, but if the character in the previous one/original got gender bent, then why not? Take Ranma 1/2 or Naruto for example, would you consider it gender change even if he was in the female body the whole doujin, but you knew he's originaly a man? Although I do admit that, with no previous knowledge who these guys are, I was wondering where the gender change was, so there's that. You could always check if the tag definition says anything about that
