Now that's a crazy Netori / Netorare story, the character dynamics are all twisted, the guy who's seemly a chad, Shinobu, trying to take his stepsister away from his best friend is actually deeply insecure despite his looks and ability to get any girl he wants, the husband, Mizuki, actually knew something was going on all along and relished in the idea of knowing for sure Ai always came back him, no matter how much she loved her brother, Mizuki was the one she ended up choosing as her husband, this made Mizuki relish on the fact he had one thing above Shinobu who was superior to him at everything else during high-school: sports, grades, lovers, but Ai choose to be with Mizuki even though he knew Shinobu loved his sister like a woman.

After sustaining the affair for a while Ai couldn't take it anymore, her love for Shinobu rekindled under a childhood promise but now she was feeling extremely guilty, she loves her husband Mizuki too much and this sibling fantasy can't go any longer. Mizuki comes back from his business trip after leaving Ai in Shinobu's care, Ai comes back with her husband, ending everything with her brother. Mizuki invites Shinobu for dinner later, where Shinobu will try a bold play to violate his sister right in front of a asleep Mizuki, in a desperation play to make Ai submit to him, but Ai reassured her commitment to Mizuki in tears, telling Shinobu to stop with this madness and let her live with her husband peace, they should go back to just being brother and sister.

Shinobu gives up, he now knows Ai made a choice, she wants to be with Mizuki, he leaves in tears telling her sister to live a happy life.... unknown to both of them Mizuki was awake, he heard everything.

Five years pass, in his bar Shinobu hears a couple talking about a great bank crash and how this might affect the economy.

The next day a disheveled Mizuki appears before Shinobu, telling him that his family's bank has crashed, Shinobu thinks to himself that talk he heard before really affected someone close to him. Now Mizuki does the unthinkable, asking Shinobu to take Ai, they will divorce, Shinobu is taken aback hearing this while Mkzuki just uploads on him, saying he knew his whole life how much Shinobu loved Ai beyond a sister, and while enjoying having Ai for himself he felt deep down he was just an outsider to these loving step-siblings, and he knew about the affair Ai was having with Shinobu during his business trip five years ago, even before Shinobu pulled that stunt with violating Ai in front of him.

Shinobu is floored, he doesn't want to accept Mizuki's insane request of taking Ai away, even apologizing for what he did, but Mizuki insisted when revealing Ai is pregnant, and while the baby is certainly Mizuki's he feels his uptight family would destroy Ai's self worth by suffocating her with expectations. In a twisted way, Mizuki wants Shinobu to take Ai back because he feels like an intruder, but Ai having his child is like one lasting reminder Mizuki has one point over Shinobu in Ai's life.

Cutting to Ai and Mizuki's place, Ai is exasperated in insisting she will not sign the divorce papers but a despondent Mizuki says it is over, he already signed his part so Ai should get this over with; Ai keeps saying she wants to be at Mizuki's child and raise their child together but Mizuki rebukes her, saying the way his family is broken now it would be a nightmare for her, and that he talked with Shinobu, he ended up accepting with his face on the ground, promising he will take care of Ai and the child; Mizuki is at loss for words, she starts realizing her words won't convince Mizuki, feeling she has truly lost him in regret.

Ai is sent to Shinkbu's place, and so they live together, caring for Ai's pre natal. In a call back to their sleep sex scene Shinobu takes Ai again in that same manner, lost in pleasure he wonders if he will make Ai and Mizuki's child his if he cums insise, Ai meanwhile has last regretful thoughts over Mizuki, now accepting Shinobu for the sake of their future.
